Fælledparken is a public park in Copenhagen, Denmark. It covers an area of 58 hectares, equivalent to 580,000 square meters The large area is used for relaxing, sunbathing, ball games and recreational gatherings.
The park is very popular with the citizens of Copenhagen with yearly a number of 11 million visitors yearly and thus required maintancence and updating. . It is therefore going through a renovation, which includes a new outdoor dance floor in the park called "dansepladsen".
This construction is made of FSC certified Tatajuba wood. This wood appears yellow brown and it is very suitable as dancefloor.
