CPH Skatepark
As part of an extensive renovation of the park “Fælledparken” in Copenhagen the local skate area also underwent a huge transformation and was expanded to its 4500 m2 by the opening in June, 2011.

This project was made in a collaboration between Copenhagen Skateparks and the local municipality. To ensure the best possible park it was designed in collaboration with skaters such as Rune Glifbjerg known from X-games.

Besides skate elements such as ledges, handrails, trapper, quarters and launches the park also features areas for spectators in form of terraces.

The wood used for decking is Tatajuba - a very suitable species for this type of project because of its hardness.
