Shoe store facade and window frames in Eindhoven
The renovation of this building in the Dutch city Eindhoven was finished in 2005. The building contains both an apartment and a shoe store.

The facade is cladded with beautiful wooden lamellae, which creates a nice effect when you move along the building.

For the finger jointed window frames and exterior cladding, the tropical timber species Sapupira has been used. The species has a beautiful red brown colour, and for this building, the wood has not been treated.

The Sapupira used for the project origins from Brazil and is FSC-certified.
