What used to be an uninspiring 1960’s office block now holds a cluster of luxury residences. The 96 residences include houses, apartments and penthouses, and all of them come with underground parking. Because the project is located in a conserved area just across from Cheltenham College the architects at Feilden Clegg Bradley worked to ensure that the modern architecture blends well with the historic setting.
The FSC certified wood species used for cladding in the project is Louro Gamela. When just installed the wood appears red-brown and is typically used for bridges and poles. Over time the appearance will shift to gray as most tropical hardwoods. The building was completed in 2001.
